Some armed groups, who have been involved in kidnapping and killing acts in Jufra, central Libya, were seized, Interior Ministry of the Government of the National Accord (GNA) declared on Wednesday.
The armed groups are not Libyans, and one of them is affiliated with the Chadian opposition, according to the Interior Ministry’s statement.
The ministry added that they were informed about number of the armed groups involving in acts which aims to destabilize Libya.
It was added that these groups are based in one of Jufra’s districts.
The statement concluded that during the operation stolen cars were seized, and the ministry posted their photos on its facebook page to be recognized by their owners.
