Libya exports 600,000 barrels of crude oil to Italy

The Lovina oil tanker on Friday shipped 600,000 barrels of crude oil from El Zuwaytinah port in preparation for its export to Italy on Saturday .           

The port recorded the shipment of a number of oil tankers to Italy during July.

A maritime source told 218news earlier this month that the port is operating on a regular basis to manage oil exports.

According to head of the Libyan National Oil Corporation (NOC), Mustafa Sanallah,

Italy is a traditional partner of NOC in Libya in terms of export operations or field development And the oil ports.

Two days ago, Sanallah visited Rome and held number of meetings to discuss the development of gas work in Libya.
