Trump slams Iran with “toughest sanctions ever”

The US President Donald Trump said he is going to approve the most severe sanctions ever to be slammed on a country on Iran, adding that the US has sanctioned The National Bank of Iran and that it is ready for all military options with Iran.

Bloomberg reported a well-informed source that Trump is going to meet wit the top officials of the US National Security Council to discuss options to deal with Iran.

The Saudi Arabian King, Salman bin Abdelaziz told the Chinese President on the phone that Saudi Arabia will take the necessary measures that keeps the Kingdom secure and stable after the results of the investigations into the attacks on Aramco facilities come out.

The Chinese President told the Saudi King that the attacks on oil facilities is a blatant violation of Saudi Arabia’s security and affects the global oil market, adding that China supports Saudi Arabia.

The Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif has warned of an all-out war if his country was targeted by the US or Saudi Arabia, confirming that Iran had nothing to do with the attacks on Aramco facilities and would rather not be involved in any military conflicts, but would be ready to defend itself.

The US Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo, responded to his Iranian counterpart by saying that the US is looking for peaceful solution and diplomatic work, welcoming UAE and Saudi Arabia’s announcement of joining the International Alliance for Protection of Maritime Navigation.
