The member of the House of Representatives (HoR) Siham Sergiwa has arrived in her house after being released by the unknown group that has been holding her in custody since July 17, a well-informed source told 218News.
The release of the HoR member on Saturday comes two days after 218News has reported that Sergiwa could be handed over to an irregular armed group in Buatni in Benghazi .
The source told 218News that Sergiwa is now in her House and is I’m good health conditions, adding that she has not been subjected to any form of violence, yet the source said she is having a tough psychological status without specifying the reasons.
Sources confirmed earlier that the irregular armed group received Sergiwa recently from Awliaa Al-Dam Brigade, which has been responsible for the disappearance of Sergiwa since July 17.
Her release came after reported negotiations that took place over the last weeks to help secure her release in return of keeping the identities of who kidnapped her secret.
Sergiwa was taken from her home on July 17 after fire exchange in front of her house in Benghazi, which kept the Libyan and international public opinions occupied about her fate.
