Al-Mahjoub: Turkey is working on sending Syria ISIS terrorists to Libya

The spokesman for Al-Karama Operations Room, Brigadier General Khalid Al-Mahjoub said the Libyan National Army (LNA) is concerned about the possibility that ISIS militants could be transported from North Syria to West Libya to fight alongside the militias, adding that LNA is ready to foil all conspiracies that aim to destabilize Libya.

Al-Mahjoub said it’s clear that Turkey is planning to use thousands of ISIS terrorists who were under the Syrian Democratic Forces’ control to execute its agenda in other countries, including Libya.

He also indicated that hundreds of terrorists linked with Jabhat Al-Nusra were sent from Syria to Libya via Turkey to fight for the armed groups of the Government of National Accord.

Al-Mahjoub explained that there’s an operations room run by Turkish nationals as well as terrorist leaderships living currently in Turkey aimed at transporting terrorists to Libya as per the Turkish plan to hinder the advances of the LNA.
