The member of the High Council of State Abdelrahman Al-Shater has called for selecting new Head for the Presidential Council to replace Fayez Al-Sarraj, adding the it is time the High Council of State and House of Representatives agreed on this step.
Al-Shater criticized the mismanagement of the Presidential Council and its slow response performance as well as its delayed decisive decisions, adding that monopolizing decision making necessitated a change at the top of the Presidential Council’s structure.
He indicated on his Twitter account that if Al-Sarraj continued to head the Presidential Council, more disasters will take place, adding that Al-Sarraj’s presence at the Presidential Council is no longer acceptable.
