The conference hall of Tibesti Hotel in Benghazi hosted the first sustainable professional development conference that was organized and sponsored by the Libyan Labor and Rehabilitation Ministry of the Interim Government in cooperation with the General Union of Training Organizations.
The conference focused on four criteria: legalization, standards, Libyan experience and leadership training.
This conference aims to establish institutional training and development as well as the methods of the self-training via professional training strategies and programs with the help of a various expertise to reach a comprehensive development in society.
The conference is also one of the first steps to build a solid system of training and development for 2020, which is the year of such factors.
