Libyan Siamese twins undergoing separation surgery in Saudi Arabia

Libyan conjoined twins (Siamese twins) Ahmed and Mohammed are undergoing a surgery at King Abdullah Hospital in Saudi Arabia.

This type of surgeries is very critical and complex and will be done to the Libyan twins by Dr. Abdullah bin Abdelaziz.

The parents of the Siamese twins have had a thorough understanding of the procedures of the surgery and the case of their twins, including the the success percentage.

The medical crew of the surgery confirmed that the success of the surgery is 70% guaranteed, saying that with this operation, Saudi Arabia would be completing 48 surgeries to separate Siamese twins.

The Libyan Siamese twins arrived in Saudi Arabia after an invitation of King Salman bin Abdelaziz and his Crown Prince.
