Local sources has reported that a dispute has taken place between members of the House of Representatives and Speaker Aquila Saleh due to the issue of the Italian drone that was downed over Souq Al-Ahad near Tarhouna.
Italian news agency, Aki, said the HoR letter sent to the Italian government wasn’t signed and permitted by Saleh, saying it has learned from reliable local sources that Saleh was pressured by HoR members to make a public condemnation of the Italian drone incident.
Libyan National Army backup forces shot down the Italian drone two days ago in Souq Al-Ahad as it was doing surveillance for armed groups of the Government of National Accord.
