Winter has come to Libya

The Libyan Center for Remote Sensing and Meteorology has set the date of the advent of winter for this year, saying it will be on Subday at 6.19 p.m., Libya time.

The coming of winter takes place in different countries and means the start of the season which has more night time than daylight.

The lesser sun beams and daylight doesn’t necessarily mean that the advent of winter should mean that all days are cold since the colder days comes weeks after the kickoff of the season.
