The US President Donald Trump has discussed on the phone on Wednesday with the Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan the latest developments in Libya.
The White House said Trump and Erdogan talked about the situation in Syria and the downing of the Ukrainian passenger plane by Iran as well as the protests inside Iran.
The phone call comes after Moscow meeting under the auspices of Russia and Turkey has failed to achieve a ceasefire agreement between the Libyan parties days before Berlin conference, which is slated for next Sunday.
