UN envoy to Libya optimistic about Berlin conference

The UN envoy to Libya Ghassan Salame told 218News on Sunday in Berlin that he was optimistic about the meetings in Berlin that were the result of work over the last four months.

Salame added that they had started working on the three tracks in Libya – political, economic and military one – wishing the conference would push them forward.

Berlin conference took place on Sunday with participations from 12 countries and international organizations to discuss a solution to the Libyan conflict.
