The Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi said transferring terrorists from Syria to Libya will have dangerous effects on Libya’s neighboring countries, saying Berlin conference conclusions had been violated.
El Sisi told reporters at the African Union Summit in Addis Ababa that some foreign parties had violated the Berlin conference conclusions, saying Libya’s stability is tied to a fair distribution of its wealth on all Libyans.
El Sisi arrived in Addis Ababa on Saturday to attend the Sunday 33rd Summit of the African Union’s Peace and Security Council.
