On Thursday, the Commander-in-Chief of the National Army, Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar, met with the officers of the operations rooms, a number of leaders and commanders of the military zones.
Haftar discussed during the meeting held in the city of Benghazi the latest military developments in the country, as well as the readiness of all units of the national army.
The General Commander of the National Army has intensified his inspection visits to military camps and battalions that follow the General Command, to determine their readiness in light of the sensitive military and security phase the country is going through.
He affirmed in his latest statements that their main goal now is to expel mercenaries and Turks from the entire Libyan soil, pointing to the army which has distinguished and worthy leaders, and has enough experience to eliminate these groups.
