An exclusive source has revealed to 218News that the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health, Muhammad Issa Haythem, has left Libya nearly five days ago via Zintan Civil Airport heading to Turkey.
The source added that Haythem traveled to Istanbul on a civilian plane from Zintan airport, with some of the wounded fighters of the Burkan Al-Ghadab of the GNA forces on board, as he was among them disguising as one of the wounded.
The source indicated that after his arrival in Istanbul, Haythem met with the Head of the Presidential Council, Fayez Al-Sarraj, who was in Turkey for a meeting with Turkish President Recep Erdogan, and after that, Haythem went to Germany under the pretext of pursuing his doctoral thesis that he is attending there.
