Okasha to 218News: Turks are present at residence of Libyan dialogue participants in Tunisia

The Editor-in-chief of “Scope Info” newspaper, Shahrazad Okasha, revealed to 218News on Wednesday the presence of 11 persons from the Turkish Foreign Ministry at the residence of the delegations of the Libyan political dialogue in Tunis.

This comes at a time when the participants in the Forum for Political Dialogue are holding successive sessions with the aim of agreeing on a formula that leads to a new presidential council and government.

The Acting Special Representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Stephanie Williams, announced Wednesday that the participants in the Libyan Political Dialogue Forum in Tunisia have reached a preliminary agreement on a roadmap to end the transitional period and reach elections within a period not exceeding 18 months.
