Police in Barcelona, Spain, arrested a 30-year-old Libyan named Bilal Toussott, along with a Moroccan named Sami Ben Ahmed (35 years), last Saturday.
According to local sources, the arrest was coordinated by the Attorney General’s office after the arrest of an Algerian person, coming from North Africa, suspected of having links with the ISIS terrorist group.
Police authorities in Barcelona are investigating the two arrested persons, in addition to a third person who is also a Libyan national, regarding their “intentions and the level of their organization.”
