The members of the Libyan Political Dialogue Forum will meet in Switzerland next February to choose the new authority, as an invitation was extended to the members of the Libyan Political Dialogue Forum of the United Nations in Libya, while a new UNSMIL Head, Jan Kubis, is scheduled to start his mandate in early February.
The website “swissinfo” said that the members of the Libyan Political Dialogue Forum will meet in Geneva from February 01 to 05 to complete the selection process, indicating that the vote on the executive authority will take place at the United Nations headquarters in Geneva.
The United Nations Support Mission in Libya opened the door for candidacy for the new membership of the executive authority on January 21 until January 28, indicating that candidacy and selection will be according to the mechanism approved by the Libyan Political Dialogue Forum.
