Source to 218News: Oil exports resumed after 3-day suspension over weather conditions
A shipping source, working in the Oil Crescent, said in a statement to “218News” that the oil export movement has returned to normal, Thursday morning, after a three-day shutdown because of the bad weather.
The same source added that the port of Zueitina is preparing to receive the “Tahadi” tanker, carrying 1,700 tons of cooking gas, while the port of Brega is preparing to receive a tanker to ship a quantity of Eurasia, provided that another tanker will enter, immediately after it, with the aim of shipping 600.000 barrels of crude oil.
In the middle of this week, oil exports had stopped as a result of bad weather and wind intensity.
