A source revealed to 218News that the head of the national unity government, Abdul Hamid Dabaiba, is planning to visit Turkey after his government takes the constitutional oath before the House of Representatives, in the scheduled Monday, adding that Dabaiba had contacted the Turkish president three times since his election.
Dabaiba will meet during the visit with the Libyan treasury parties, the governor of the central bank in “Tripoli” Al-Siddiq Al-Kabir, and the head of the National Oil Corporation, Mustafa Sanallah, as the tripartite meeting will be sponsored by Turkey.
The source talked about internal attempts to disrupt the national unity government led by active figures in the political scene, indicating that these attempts angered Ankara, which quickly contacted one of these figures to confirm that any unintended move against the Dabaiba government will not meet with any Turkish support.
