Al-Kabir’s illegal decisions regarding Libyan Foreign Bank depicted

The board of directors of the Central Bank of Libya, addressed in a letter the governor of the Central Bank in Tripoli, Siddiq Al-Kabir, regarding the decision to form the board of directors of the Libyan Foreign Bank.

The correspondence included indicating that it had previously been agreed not to take any action regarding the Libyan Foreign Bank until the issuance of the ruling in the case filed by the Central Bank, as the Board of Directors confirmed in its correspondence that the decision to form a Board of Directors was made unilaterally and is illegal and must be withdrawn.

This correspondence was directed by a number of members of the Board of Directors, including Ali Mohammad  Salem, Emrajea Ghaith, Mohammad Ahmad Al-Mukhtar and Abdul Rahman Habeel.
