Libya’s Prime Minister, Abdul-Hamid Dbeibah, said that the participation of the national unity government in the second Berlin Conferenc comes to renew the commitments made by those gathered at the first conference, and to agree with the friends of Libya on the best ways to support the path of Libya’s stability, territorial integrity, and sovereignty.
In a series of tweets, Dbeibah announced his refusal to return to wars and tamper with the state’s capabilities, pledging to make all efforts; gor the stability of the country, and the prosperity of the Libyan people.
The Prime Minister recalled the many challenges that stand in the way towards stability, but he pointed out that there are great opportunities to achieve democracy and the return of trust to the Libyan people to choose his representative through free and fair elections.
