The writer and political researcher, Mohammed El-Jarih, revealed that he learned Saturday that there is a tendency to form a parallel government in the eastern region of Libya.
El-Jarih said on his Twitter account that this step comes after the stalemate witnessed by the political track, and the failure to implement the ceasefire, as well as financial arrangements.
He indicated in his tweet that Al-Rajma meeting was a prelude to that move, apparently in reference to the last meeting that brought together Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar and Parliament Speaker Aqila Saleh.
