Russian Tatneft Oil company plans to resume projects in Libya

The Executive Director of the Russian “Tatneft Oil” company, Nile Maganov, revealed his administration’s intention to complete its troubled business in Libya since 2011, during the next few period.

He added in his statements published by the company, that tatneft seeks to complete its projects in Libya; most notably, four exploration contracts, including concession areas in the city of Ghadames, and other projects close to the Tunisian and Algerian borders.

Libya and Russia signed a trade agreement in 2008 worth ten billion dollars, including contracts for oil projects, which Moscow hopes to complete the rest of them.
