The Italian website “Itamilradar” published footage showing the flight of two Sukhoi-24 and MiG-29 military aircraft in the sky of Jufra.
The website, which specializes in monitoring and following up on regional air traffic, said it had received an interesting video that supported the allegations that Russia deployed 14 fighters in Libya last year.
Last year, the US military command (AFRICOM) published 15 photos of Russian military aircraft in the skies of Libya or on military bases, without indicating the exact date of their arrival, accusing Russia of being involved in the Libyan conflict and violating the arms embargo imposed on Libya by the United Nations since 2011.
