Agostini called on the European Union and its member states to cooperate with European startups, where technological superiority contributes to giving Europe good geopolitical and military advantages, expressing optimism in light of the presence of promising European initiatives, as the European Union is currently working on developing the strategic from which the new European level of ambition and capacity development will emerge,  explaining that through the European Defense Fund and other initiatives, the Union has new funding plans to support the joint development of modern assets of the armed forces, and European Union operations such as Operation IRINI.
