Al-Ajili: Tunisia is open to Libyans, our bilateral relations are strategic

Tunisia’s ambassador to Libya, Saad al-Ajili, confirmed to 218News that meetings are continuing to open the borders, denying rumors that those who hold a Libyan passport are not allowed to enter Tunisian territory except for those who have residency permits, stressing that this decision is not true.

Regarding the treatment of Libyans in Tunisia and the issue of the debts accumulated by Libya in favor of Tunisian hospitals, the ambassador said, through an intervention with Al-Bilad program: “The Libyan side made us promises to address the debt file on Tunisian clinics,” stressing during his speech that Tunisia is open to Libyans and Tunisia’s relationship with Libya is strategic.
