The High National Elections Commission announced that it had recently noticed that some citizens monitored the electoral process without any legal capacity, which is a violation of the laws and regulations.
The commission added that the process of investigation and questioning of members of the polling station committees and filming inside the centers without prior permission to carry out such practices approved by the commission is in violation of the rregulations set by the election law.
The commission stressed that the purpose of issuing these regulations is to add more transparency to the procedures and results of the electoral process, so that stakeholders can know their rights and duties.
The Electoral Commission called on everyone to contribute to the achievement of this historic entitlement, and to renounce violence and hate speech.
