Syrian Observatory confirms tensions between Syrian mercenaries and their leaders in Libya

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights confirmed the escalation of tension between the Syrian mercenaries and their leaders inside the Tripoli camps due to the poor living conditions inside the camps, and the deduction of large amounts of their monthly salaries.

The observatory added, citing reliable sources, that daily quarrels erupt between the Syrian fighters and their leaders, as the fighters send voice notes to their commanders, appealing to pay their wages or return them to Syria after the Tripoli camps turned into prisons after the fighters were prevented from leaving them.

It is worth noting that the observatory estimated the number of Syrian mercenaries brought by Turkey to Libya at about 7000, saying they are still residing in Tripoli camps, despite international calls for their withdrawal from Libya.
