The UN Adviser on Libya, Stephanie Williams, welcomed the holding of the second meeting on Saturday between Lieutenant-General Abdel Razek Al-Nadori and Lieutenant-General Mohammed Al-Haddad in Sirte, in the presence of a number of military officials from both sides.
Williams reiterated in a tweet her affirmation of the United Nations’ support for all efforts made at various levels to unify the military institution.
It is noteworthy that this meeting is the second of its kind, after the meeting that brought together the two teams on 11 December, 2021.
