The spokesman for The Front for Change and Concord in Chad, Kingabe de Tabol, expressed his regret that the elections were not held in Libya, according to the Italian news agency Nova.
In reference to Chadian militants present in Libya; de Tabol said that they should return, adding that their presence in the past was aimed at fighting ISIS in Libya, as he described it.
He attributed the presence of many Chadian militants in Libya to the impossibility of their return to Chad, as a result of continuous targeting and air surveillance.
