AGOCO increases Hamada oilfield production by 1,300 bpd

The Arabian Gulf Oil Company (AGOCO) announced adding two new wells with estimated production of up to 1,300 barrels per day (bpd) to the Hamada oilfield whose total field production amounts to 6,000 bpd.

According to the Chairperson of AGOCO, Fadlullah Hititah, the Hamada field produces about 8,000 bpd of the company’s total daily production.

Last week, AGOCO announced the Masala field added about 3,000 bpd to its total production from two wells that were re-drilled and maintained recently.

Hamada field, run by the AGOCO, a subsidiary of the National Oil Corporation (NOC), is located 400 Km south of Tripoli. It has 380 Km of pipelines that deliver its crude oil production to refineries.
