Snow and rains expected to fall on several Libyan areas starting on Friday 4 until Sunday, January 6 according to Roaya Amateur Astronomers’ Society.
Temperatures expected to decline severely leading to a cold wave all over the country, as most of it [temperatures] will vary between 9 and 13 degrees in different areas of Libya especially in Nafusa and Greens Mountains with temperatures up to 5 to 7 °C during the day and might drops to 0 ° C or below in night.
The impact of this decline will continue, as rains and sometimes snow expected to fall on most of the coast areas, especially the Gulf coast of Benghazi and the Green Mountain. This weather expected continues until next Sunday, or Monday morning.
