The Inspection and Follow-up Department at the Ministry of Health has issued a safety notice over Spanish Modilac baby formula products after they tested positive for Salmonella Poona contamination.
The ministry made this warning for Salmonella because it represents a serious threat to human and animal health.
According to the notice, the Director of Inspection and Follow-up Department, Omar Al-Tuwair, said the mentioned formula products were imported before receiving the Ministry of Health’s approval.
