Libya has exported a shipment of an estimated 5,000 tons of gas to Italy via the Victoria Gas tanker.
According to official data, Libya covers 15 percent of Italy’s natural gas needs through a pipeline from Mellitah Oil & Gas B.V. company to southern Italy.
Last month, The Lovina oil tanker shipped 600,000 barrels of crude oil from El Zuwaytinah port to be exported to Italy.
