An Egyptian court has sentenced the Libyan national Abdelrahim Al-Mismari to the Mufti Hearing (To decide on execution) for his role in Al-Wahat incident along with 43 others.
The court set November 03 for announcing the final verdict in Al-Mismari’s case of premeditated murder and attempted murder as well as possession of firearms and ammunition without license, let alone charges of joining a terrorist group.
ISIS terrorists have claimed responsibility for Al-Wahat attack that killed 16 policemen and injured 13 others.
