Appeal hearings on Saif Gaddafi’s case begin at the ICC

The court hearing of the appeal of Saif Al-Islam Gaddafi has started today at the International Criminal Court (ICC) where the Justice Minister of Government of National Accord Mohammed Lamloum was attending.

ICC Prosecutor Fatou Bensouda said days ago that the ICC believed Saif Gaddafi was in Zintan city and that her office has information about three Libyans who are wanted by arrest warrants for the ICC.

The hearing session comes as part of the appeal proceedings of the Gaddafi trial in the presence of the GNA Justice Minister and ICC Prosecutor, Gaddafi’s legal representative, US representatives and attorneys from Libya and other legal personalities.

The appeal hearing at the ICC will be held on November 11-12 with Libya being present to give notes and remarks.
