The vice president of the Republican People’s Party, opposition party, said the internal parties that support the Turkey-GNA MoUs want to drag the country to a new adventure.
These remarks came to respond to the vice president of Justice and Development Party who accused the Republican People’s Party of supporting the General Commander of the Libyan National Army Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar.
Meanwhile, the President of the Republican People’s Party warned earlier of sending Turkish troops to Libya as per the two MoUs between Turkey and Libya’s GNA.
He called on the Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan to learn from the lessons in Syria and not to intervene in Libya’s conflict, yet Erdogan replied by questioning which party the Republican People’s Party supports in Libya.
