Sheikh Al-Sadiq Al-Gharyani said he had called on many parties since day one of the war to form a ministry of war with qualified incumbents.
Al-Gharyani said he had called for strong presidency and intelligence that are always convening to operate the military battle via security and political strategies.
Al-Gharyani has been issuing fatwas over the last period accusing his opponents of being accomplices to foreign intervention as he is described as “provocative” against some political parties.
Earlier, Al-Gharyani said the Security Council was accomplice to Haftar in the fighting raging on in Tripoli, adding that it is useless to keep complaining to the UN Security Council against Haftar’s military operations as it is likening the criminal and the victim in this fight.
He said that all parties should confront the international conspiracy against Libya, hailing the stance of the Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan whom he said is supporting the causes of the nation.
