The Tunisian President Kais Saied dicussed Sunday with the Algerian President Abdelmajid Tebboune may issues in the region, especially the ongoing conflict in Libya.
Saied arrived in Algeria on his first official visit since he took office and was received by the Algerian President.
Tebboune said both Algeria and Tunisia see eye to eye regarding the Libyan crisis, rejecting foreign intervention and arms embargo violations.
In a press conference after meeting Saied, Tebboune said their countries were ready to host a conference for all Libyan parties and tribes to help kick off a new phase that can build the state institutions.
