Libya Coronavirus cases jump to 18

The National Center for Disease Control announced Saturday the number of new cases of coronavirus in Libya had risen to 18, after the results of one of the suspected cases came positive, without specifying the location of case and the city in which the case was discovered.

The National Center said that the community health reference laboratory in Tripoli received 31 samples, the results of which were: 30 negative samples and one positive case.

The National Center earlier published a recorded video of the head of the center’s communication committee, Dr. Muhammad Al-Jazawi, which included insightful tips and responded to questions and criticisms about the mechanism of the center’s work.
