GNA forces strike Tarhuna city with Grad rockets

Tarhuna city was attacked on Monday evening by Grad rockets launched by the forces of the Government of National Accord at the time for the call to Maghreb prayer.

A source from inside the city of Tarhuna told 218News that the rockets landed on the eastern side of the city after being fired by forces positioned inside the nearby town of Msallata, but did not cause any human damage.

The forces affiliated with the Government of National Accord launched an attack on the administrative borders of Tarhuna city a few days ago, but they quickly retreated to their previous locations after the failure of their attack and the fierce defense of the forces securing Tarhuna.
