Calls on Al-Sarraj to remove Salah Badi from Security Council sanctions list

Liwaa (Brigade) Al-Samoud has called on the Head of the Presidential Council, Fayez Al-Sarraj to send a letter to the Security Council requesting to remove Salah Badi from the sanctions list.

On its official Facebook page, the brigade said that Badi did not break his fast at home any day during the month of Ramadan, and that he was present on the day of Eid, like the rest of the days, wearing military uniforms on frontlines, adding that he was accompanied by “heroic revolutionaries”.

The brigade added that Badi was traveling between the two frontlines of Tripoli and Abu Grein, tirelessly, in “chasing enemies”.

The last appearance of the internationally sanctioned, and one of the leaders of GNA military operations, Salah Badi, was in a video last February in which he incited the people of his city of Misrata to fight, contradicting himself in the scene as he says our hand extends to peace while at the same time threatening to attack east and west regions.
