Former Hizbollah Secretary General priases Turkish intervention in Libya

The former Secretary General of the Lebanese Hezbollah Party, Sobhi Al-Tufayli, praised the Turkish role in Libya, saying that President Recep Tayyip Erdogan is trying to reach stability and stand in the face of what he described as French-Israeli ambitions in Libya.

On the other hand, the former Secretary General warned against Egyptian interference in Libya, saying that President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi is fighting Libya, and that “no one can turn a blind eye to what Italy, Russia and France are thinking of” in Libya.

The former Secretary General of Hezbollah said that “the interest of Erdogan is the interest of Turkey, and Ankara’s gains are for Libya’s stability,” which will open the door of investment and trade.

He also considered that American, European and Russian efforts were behind the overthrow of the revolution in Egypt and they ignited conflict in Libya, Sudan and Yemen, after the peoples of those countries revolted against their rulers.
