The Head of the Government of National Unity (Minister of Defense), Abdul Hamid Dbeibah, emphasized “raising the level of performance to reach the organization of a Libyan army capable of extending state sovereignty.”
Dbeibah’s statements came during his first visit to the headquarters of the Ministry of Defense, on Wednesday, where he held a meeting with the directors of departments and offices, which dealt with a number of important issues related to the work of the Ministry’s departments and offices.
While the directors welcomed Dbeibah and his endeavors for the unity of the Libyan soil and the security and safety of the citizens, the meeting ended by stressing the need to intensify efforts and submit proposals for study and implementation of decisions that are in the interest of the homeland
