The spokesman for the National Unity Government, Mohammed Hammouda, announced that a delegation headed by Abdul Hamid Dbeibah is visiting Russia today, Thursday.
Hammouda said in statements to the Turkish “Anadolu Agency”, that the delegation includes “Minister of Foreign Affairs Najla Al-Mangoush, Minister of Oil Mohammad Oun, and the Chief of the General Staff.”
The Libyan government spokesman added that the aim of the visit is to “hold discussions on issues of concern to the Libyan and Russian sides.”
This visit is the first visit Dbeibah makes to Russia after he assumed his duties on March 16.
