The Speaker of House of Representatives (HoR), Aguila Saleh, received Sunday from a ministerial delegation the state’s general budget for the year 2021, after it had been amended by the Government of National Unity in accordance with the HoR observations.
The delegation included Minister of Foreign Affairs Najla Al-Mangoush, Minister of Planning Fakher Bouferna, Minister of Interior Khaled Mazen, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior Faraj Gayem, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Electricity Company, Engineer Wiam Al-Abdali.
During the meeting, which was held in the city of Qubbah, the Speaker of HoR discussed with the ministers “the situation in the country and the functioning of the government during the last period, in addition to the problem of electricity that citizens suffered from over the last days as a result of power cuts and ways to overcome the problems of the electricity sector.”
