Major General Mustafa Yahya, member and rapporteur of the 5+5 Joint Military Commission, confirmed the completion of a new exchange of detainees between the two parties in the Shwerf area.
Yahya explained that all of the 35 released detainees are in good health, and most of them have arrived in their areas, according to what was reported by the Media Office of the Head of the Presidential Council.
He explained that the release process, which was the result of good efforts on both sides, was attended by a number of notables and sheikhs in the city of Shwerf, according to what was reported by the Libyan News Agency.
