Bensouda to present ICC report on Libya at Security Council next Monday

Well-informed sources confirmed, according to the Libyan News Agency, that the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, Fatou Bensouda, will present the 21st report of her office on the Libyan case at the UN Security Council session that will be held for this purpose next Monday – May 17.

The International Criminal Court was established in 2002 as the first court capable of trying individuals accused of genocide, crimes against humanity, war crimes and assault crimes.
