Joint Military Commission focuses mercenaries’ departure after opening coastal road

The member of the Joint Military Commission, Mustafa Yahya, considered that opening the coastal road is an important step that will benefit all Libyans, adding that they will hold a new meeting either this week or early next week in Sirte.

In a statement to 218News, Yahya explained that at this stage, they are working on expanding the work space and directing the entitlements.

He indicated that the next step is to develop practical plans to remove foreign forces and mercenaries from Libya, and to develop programs for the unification of the military institution.

The member of the Joint Military Commission added that they decided to take the initiative and not wait for the military track, saying that the political process hindered us a lot.
